Trucking
In Virginia, our aggregate trucking services can deliver loads as big as 18 tons in a "quad" dump truck or 20 tons in a tractor truck.
In West Virginia, tractors haul 27 tons and quads haul 26 tons (loads hauled on an interstate must be reduced to 23 tons and 18 tons, in accordance with federal weight limits).
There’s no limit to the amount of aggregate we can deliver. For large jobs that’s 15 to 20 tons per load (18 to 27 in West Virginia). No job is too large or too small. Just keep in mind, for smaller loads you will be billed for the material delivered plus a minimum haul rate for a full load. That’s 15 tons in Virginia and 18 tons in West Virginia.

Rail service
Depending on the size of your job, our Blue Ridge plant can deliver aggregate by rail. Call your Boxley representative for details.
Smooth delivery tip: When you place your aggregate order, be sure to have precise delivery directions ready. And because factors like traffic can be unpredictable, place your order at least 24 hours in advance to insure on-time delivery
